Conferences & Training
Greg Phillips is passionate about helping pastors, leaders, creative performers, and ministers unlock their God-given potential through practical, Spirit-led training. His conferences, workshops, and leadership sessions—held across the U.S. and abroad—combine biblical depth, hands-on learning, and contagious creativity to equip the church for effective, joyful ministry.
With more than three decades of experience in children’s ministry, creative outreach, and evangelism, Greg brings a unique perspective that blends faith, fun, and function. Participants learn not only the why behind ministry, but also the how—with interactive sessions on Gospel magic, clowning, puppetry, ventriloquism, storytelling, stage presence, and creative communication.
Each session is practical, visual, and Spirit-driven, offering real-world applications that leaders can immediately use in their churches, classrooms, and outreach events. Whether training volunteers for Vacation Bible School, developing creative sermon illustrations, or strengthening family and kids’ ministry teams, Greg’s approach helps participants grow in both excellence and anointing.
Greg’s prophetic gifting adds a powerful dimension to his teaching. He often shares timely words of encouragement, wisdom, and confirmation that speak directly to the hearts of pastors and ministry teams. These moments bring spiritual clarity and encouragement, reminding every leader that ministry success flows from intimacy with God and obedience to His voice.
In this season, Greg is teaching extensively on what he calls the “American Reformation”—a movement of renewal and realignment where creativity and conviction come together to restore the Church to its biblical foundations. His leadership sessions challenge believers to lead with courage, creativity, and conviction—reviving the heart of ministry and reforming how the Gospel is communicated to today’s generation.
Every conference and workshop Greg leads is an invitation to grow, dream, and be transformed. Through laughter, insight, and the power of the Holy Spirit, leaders leave refreshed, equipped, and ready to serve with renewed confidence and joy.
